Is it possible to open the boot/trunk without turning car off? For security reasons it is not possible using key and menu button only seems to come off when engine/car is turned off.
Probably a stupid question but after a year of ownership I still can't figure this out and any help appreciated.
Thanks

Can be opened externally - security / safety concern is mitigated as someone is physically outside pushing the button.

Can be opened from inside when car is in P(ark) and powered on (ready for operation) then the key or control panel should work.

Boot / trunk can be closed from inside only if the car is powered on (ready for operation) and in P(ark).
