Power Steering Plus: FoD or FUD?

I had understood that PSP was a FoD-enabled feature, but it doesn’t show up in my Connect app list of services, either as activated or available. Has anyone actually “FoD-ed” this yet? (I’m in the US)

Nothing has shown up on my MY2020 post update, I wanted to add Power Steering but looks like it's not available as FOD for 2020 ?

It is standard on all US models MY21 for sure (check standard spec sheet)
