Hi there! I sold my 2020 Taycan 4S and just hopped into a 2025 Taycan 4. Both have the Passenger Display option, but only the 2025 has a privacy filter on the passenger display.
I know that the introduction of the ability to view video content is likely the reason for this, but it's a huge bummer (my bad for not knowing!). When I had a passenger on board in my 2020, I used to be able to see whatever screen they were fiddling with, include some of the performance-related content. Those days are gone. Siiigh.
Anyhow, no real question in this post ... but maybe this will be educational for some who are considering the passenger display with the intent of being able to see it from the driver's seat.
