After the winter, I replaced the rear shock absorber; it was leaking. You can hear the shock absorber knocking in the first video. After a while, the steering wheel started making noise when turning the steering wheel, but there were no errors on the dashboard.
After 4 months, an error appeared on the instrument panel.
Power steering malfunction. You can continue driving, but contact a service center.

Has anyone else experienced a similar sound when turning the steering wheel? What did you change, and how did you solve the problem?
I've been driving with this sound since March.
