Public garage space requirements for Taycan?

Given Taycans 214.4 cm in width with mirrors, I am afraid that I will have issues on my parking spot in the underground garage. My neighbor has Hyundai Santa Fe, which is also wide (about 190cm), so I'm worried we might have some issues when we will be both parked and we want to enter the vehicle.


Here's a plan of our spaces:

I have 6cm from left wall, 12.5cm of marked line on my left side, and 235cm of my internal space between lines(green line on picture). Will that 253.5 cm be enough to park 214.4cm Taycan and leave semi-comfortably? Not sure how much cm I need to open the doors and leave. Driver side in my country is on the left side, so I'm wondering if in this case frontal parking would be more efficient, as I wouldn't open door towards my neighbors car, nor the wall as wall is only 2 meters long on left side. Would appreciate some comments/pictures from Taycan owners with similar circumstances as me

Do you commonly have passengers that need to get in the car as well, or just you? If it's just you, that means you can probably favor one side of the spot to give you a bit more room. Also worth noting that the Taycan is closer to 195cm without mirrors, and the detent on the door for a comfortable entry extends about 60cm from the car when I measured it just now.

Doing the math where you parked more or less on the yellow line in the left side of your image by backing in, your door would swing 10-15cm into their spot for a comfortable entry for an average sized adult.

In short, it seems possible, but you probably want to also talk it through with your neighbor to be sure that you're on the same page.

If the only issue is passengers, OP can possibly have them enter/exit after/before parking. I have to do this with my Macan because I park with the passenger side against a wall.

It will be tight plus ingress / egress is difficult due to the shape of the doors and sloping roof line.

Borrow the demo car and try it out for size.
