I have had three 4 wheel alignments done by a local alignment shop for less than $200 each. The toe was slightly off each time and was corrected.

What does the printout the shop gave you with the before and after show that they did in addition to toe? Did they adjust front camber?

Camber was in spec. To adjust front camber apparently it requires moving the subframe.
