I've been trying to use the Porsche Recall Lookup tool online for the past three weeks without any success. Each time, I encounter the same issue. When I enter the vehicle identification number (VIN), I receive a message stating that the tool could not retrieve any campaign information for this vehicle. The message suggests that the number I entered might contain an error or is not recognized in their system. ( Entered VIN is correct, direct from my Porsche App )

Could anyone kindly share a working link to a Recall Lookup tool that's accessible here in Sweden (EU)? I am unsure if this problem is localized or if others are facing a similar issue. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance!

This link works for my cars… checked all three …. Try in an incognito browser …..

Although the above link may work great for "recalls" it apparently does not capture all Porsche's voluntary replacement programs. Specifically, I was notified a couple of weeks ago by Porsche ([email protected]) that the company "has decided to replace the High Voltage Battery Heater (HV Heater) in certain Taycan vehicles, including yours. … Please make an appointment."

Your region specific Porsche website would be the logical place.

I suspect that if it doesn't find anything you get the unhelpful.message you are getting. If your car has all campaigns applied then again likely that nothing will be reported.

In the end it won't display am exhaustive campaign list - just the headline ones.
