Taycan connectivity issues

Hello everyone,
Just picked up my Taycan 4s CPO 2021
1. Website shows it’s in private mode, but it’s not.
2. It also loses connectivity and the application is so slow to reflect changes and send commands.
LTE signal is good.
3. Activate updates is grayed out on the website, I guess it’s related to #1.
Tried to reset car, log off user, disconnect 12V battery.
Porsche support is not good so far.
Any suggestions what else can be done to fix the issue?

Also note there have been connectivity issue worldwide for Porsche and Audi over the last few days. ?

I spoke with customer support the last two days and both times they said Connect services have been up and down.

This didn’t work :(
Have you tried calling 1-800-PORSCHE to work directly with tech support? They can be very helpful in resolving these types of issues.

They have always helped me right away. Why did they need to call you back?

Because a person on the phone had no clue what to do and he told me they’d need a proof of the car ownership one more time via email and after they will call me back. They didn’t send me the email nor did call back.
There’s obviously something wrong with the car at this point. So disappointing.

There’s obviously something wrong with the car at this point. So disappointing.
I’m not sure it’s a problem with your car. Your account in the backend servers might be screwed up. You have a lot of different threads here describing different problems that all seem to point back to a connectivity issue that could either be related to your car or your account.

I sure do, lol.
Porsche digital team didn’t help, their opinion car acts fine, but it’s not.
so far:
- Nav offline
- web shows private mode and updates are not available
- app slow, but I guess that’s just bad engineered stac

going to call them back tomorrow.

curious if a car can be lemoned because of connected services as I clearly can’t drive it anywhere where I need charging.
