I got my new Taycan CT delivered this January. I was curious to see how the new improved PCM, hardware and software will perform. It is definitively a Macan like, but came with a surprise - the lower screen trackpad that typically can be used to navigate or scroll on the main screen got almost entirely disabled. There are still few gestures still available- two finger vertical slide for volume adjustment and zooming/out for map. No more scrolling or select inputs.
I raised it with the dealer and they investigate, but no answer yet. I'm curious to see if anybody else with a 2026 Taycan delivery experienced the same limited inputs on the trackpad, or it is just me. It's a big part of the lower screen that I suspect has been deprecated in favour of consolidating the SW with Macan that has no such inputs.
