You’re surprised that the car is super firm in Sport Plus and Full Lowered Suspension? You know that there’s an easy way to avoid that right? The Taycan on 21s is a sublime ride quality in anything but that super firm setting.

And 50 miles? No. Porsche’s own range estimator indicates a 5-6% loss of range going from 19 or 20’s to 21’s. So unless you’re routinely getting 1,000 miles on a charge, the loss in range is nowhere near 50 miles.
Have to agree with you. My last and longest test was with rs spider and for me it was incredibly comfortable in anything but sport plus

Fair point.
The ride is still lovely with 21s in Normal mode. Just not as good as 20s.
I was just saying how it is in Sport Plus just to illustrate the point.

Not just a test for me.
7000 miles in a 4S with 20s
7000 miles now in a GTS with 21s
Never mind what the Porsche Range Estimater says.
I get nowhere near the consumption in the GTS I got With the 4S.
Ok there are other differences but the new software is supposed to be 10% better?!
If conditions were right I could get 25kw per 100 miles in the 4S with the old software. I did exceed 300 miles on one occasion.
4 miles per kw.
In the GTS I struggle to get 33kw per 100 miles. 3 miles per kw.
Maybe it’s just me or my cars but the difference between the cars is startling.

Forgot to mention something else before. The Ackerman effect with 21s is so severe on a cold morning that on a tight lock it judders and skips and sometimes feels like I have hit something.
New experience for me.
Never felt it or noticed it with the 20s

The Ackerman effect is VERY severe on GTS with 21" wheels. I hate it. I would love to get 25kW/100 miles though....The lowest I've gotten in the GTS is 28kW/100 miles driving quite slowly.
