Teething Problems

I have had my new Taycan 1 month and I’m struggling with lots of teething problems. I think I have bought the car before Porsche can deal with the software and technology
The door locked itself when I got out and I had left the dog and key inside
My charge card doesn’t work
The charging points They sent me to didn’t exist
The app has failed to connect to the car so I can’t manage the car remotely.
The telephone help desk do not have the knowledge to solve the problems
Is anyone else having problems with the technology? I would be interested to hear if I’m the only person.

Search the forum for these issues - they are not unique and people have resolved. Saves repeating on this thread.

Remote connection - have you checked you have disabled privacy mode per each Porsche ID in the PCM. If not then this will explain it (assuming you have a good cell connection).

Did the car actually lock or did the door handles simply retract? If the latter then you can simply pull the handle to open.
