When I started the car this morning, noticed this annoying ticking. I turned the AC off to see if it was related, but no. It seems like a fan inside the climate control unit is buzzing with a wire of some sort? It’s the first morning since I have had the car where the outside temp is in the mid 60s. I’m just dumbfounded, what could mechanically be happening here that makes the fan hit something when the temp is mildly cold??
