Center Console screen works intermittently

‘22 CT here….just took delivery 1.5 weeks ago. My center console screen works intermittently….the one that controls cabin temps and heated/ventilated seats.

The display always works fine, but when it doesn’t work, the touch controls won’t register and the entire center console screen is functionally useless at that point.

Upon starting up the car the controls will either respond right away (when it works) or it will fail to respond. When it does work it will always work that trip and when it doesn’t work it will never work that trip.

The failure rate is maybe 70% so that means 70% of the time I use the car, my center console display is functionally useless.

appointment with dealer service department is second week of January.

Anyone else with this issue?

Seriously disappointing to see that the latest '22's are experiencing the same old crap SW issues - very little seems to have improved (and yes I realize a small sample here on the Forum but nonetheless piss-poor from Porsche imo).

actually this might be a hardware issue not software, the screen or the wiring could be the issue.

I've had my center screen slow to load, but never what the OP describes. As other's have said, I suspect this is possibly a HW issue.

Any reason you are setting out to be rude to people and also somehow slight an entire group of people from a state?
