I originally had 19” Aeros on my Taycan and switched out to 20” AGs. I noticed the Tire Pressure monitoring settings were still set to the 19s. This has been updated. My question is would having the incorrect TPM settings impact the range? I noticed a huge drop in range after going from 19 stock to 20 aftermarket. I was expecting a drop but not significant. As an example a 3.3 mile drive to my nearest charging station knocked off 10 miles in range. I had regen and range mode activated. As a side note, it’s been rainy and cold in SoCal over the last couple of days. And by cold I mean in the 50/60s.

You probably need to monitor it over a longer period of time. One short 3.3 mile drive is not really a good indicator. I notice that happens with me where sometimes I can get a big drop in range over a short drive but then it will jump back up on the next drive or hold a range over a period of time. It all averages out. Charge it up and let it run through a cycle and see how it does.

Wrongly inflated tyres will impact range - make sure you have the pressure set to the details printed on the plate attached to your B-pillar (visible from the outside when driver's door is open). This plate corresponds to your car with the originally specked tyres and rims. If you have changed the rims / tyres then use the PCM to 'tell' TPM what size etc you now have and it should recalibrate.

Regen is also a double edged sword and you may find you get less range with it on than with it off - depends on style of driving - coasting is super efficient.
