I know your problem because I had it. You must have rejected some cookies when you first logged into the website. You have to reset all cookies for my.porsche.com and it'll work.
Yep, that's exactly right. I've reached out to Porsche's support about this, as it should not be necessary to compromise my privacy to use this tool. But in the meantime, yeah, accepting all cookies does actually get this thing to work for me!

Sadly there is also a significant disconnect from the main status page and the TYD page, with the main page sometimes being days behind on updates relative to TYD.

I’m also not sure what happened to the function where a photo of the car is saved. Mine was built weeks ago and is now hanging out at port like a refugee waiting to get on a boat to a warm home and a hot outlet without even a photo to identify the poor orphan without a current home.
Yeah.. my car is on a ship already according to TYD, but my overview page says it's still in phase 1, not even scheduled for production yet! Pretty significant difference in information there..

And yeah, I tried looking for production photos, but there are none. I would have LOVED to see that!

Do you know whether, if the scheduled date for a milestone passes, it automatically turns the date into an “actual” date? Or is it always the case that if it shows an “actual” date then it truly has happened?
I have a 5/6 scheduled production start date and at the end of the day it turned into an “actual date” so I’m wondering if that was automatic or real.

it’s real not automatic.Sometimes estimated dates will come and go without updating to actual.
