Track Your Dream was working well for me until I reached the Freeze Point. Then after that, the site has been saying “Service Unavailable.” My sales person has been hard to get a hold of. Will the site eventually start working again? Any recommendations on what to do?

How long has it been like that. At least for me it has gone to unavailable and then a few hours later it comes back and is updated.

Freeze Point was December 9. And service has been unavailable since then. So it’s been a week. Should I be concerned?

Give PCNA a call and see what they say. Mine usually only lasted an hour or two.
