Track Your Dream - When Starts Updating?

Hello, I had my order lock last Monday. I Have my Porsche ID, but every time I click on their link in email to track your dream and sign in it says service unavailable. and when I login to the connect app it says I have my no Porsche enabled vehicle is saved for your Porsche ID.

I'm guessing it just takes a while to kickoff. Just wondering how long it takes after your lock for something to show up. Even if it just recognizes I have a build in the pipeline even with no progress. Thanks any experience you have appreciated.

The same thing happened to me. Not sure how long it took for the website to link my order to me but it finally did link up. Maybe 7 days or so? I do know this however. Your email address has to be the same. If you happen to have two (or more) email addresses the system will not recognize you if Porsche has one of the addresses and you try to sign in using a different address.

fwiw I’m unable to access Track Your Dream right at this moment... I received the email last week and it has been working, even earlier this afternoon. It seems to be down at the moment for me.

I should also note that even though I received the email last week... my car had already been completed and on its way to Emden when I finally got the email.

Yes I've signed in with same email they said I should sign in with multiple times. I sign in successfully but It just doesn't have anything yet associated for my build. I thought I had seen others with a week or two lag after lock before it enters production.

I have been tracking mine since early January and today it doesn't seem to be working. I am sure it is just being updated.

As a data point, I was able to track mine even before it locked.

I agree, I was able to track it before it went to lock as I believe it can be tracked from the time you get a commission number.

My order was available via "Track Your Dream" before the order locked.

By the way, this is a new order for a 2021 Taycan 4s. My 2020 4s was totaled after a distracted driver turned in front of me. More on that in a different thread perhaps.

There is a milestone chart online that shows the following from the date that the "Change Freeze Point" is reached (may be the same for all orders) --

• Day 6 - "Scheduled for Production"
• Day 20 - "Start Production"
• Day 27 - "Production Complete"
• Day 27 - "Ready for Transport"
• Day 27 - "In transit to Emden Port"
  
• Day 27 - "Arrival at Emden Port"
• Day 48 - "On vessel" (somewhere in the ocean)
• Day 83 - "Vessel entering Port channel" at Benicia, CA
  
• Day 83 - "Port Processing"
• Day 83 - "Enroute to Porsche Dealer" (unless there is a need to update SW or such - I understand they have a large facility there)
• Day 83 - "Arrival Porsche Dealer" (in Bellevue, WA - this seems like a lot to happen on Day 83 to me )

I'm not counting on this going like clockwork, but it will be interesting to follow.

Yeah, that does seem like a lot. My car arrived at Halifax port on March 6th and I still don’t have it. The dealer says first week of April, which the week he has been sticking to since it entered production. I don’t have Track Your Dream - my dealer just emails me proactively at every milestone. Great service.
