Switch to Eco Plus to reduce compressor impact.

Sometimes when the temperature outside is like 18-21 degrees it's fine for me to cool the interior with fresh air without turning any compressor on. It's a black car with a glass roof, so it gets hotter then the outside temp real quick.

I always run the a/c in eco mode.

Glass roof isn't the heat issue - it's the regular window glass which contributes to the heat build up.

I think if you turn AC off then you can't control the fans.

Eco Plus (avail in Range drive mode) effectively disables AC.

Thanks! I've got all my windows (Inc front) treated with nano ceremic foil, which helps a lot. Still was wondering if it could be turned off all together, now I know ?

You can run fans with no AC. Just turn AC off and adjust fans manually.
