This is a magnificent time, to buy a true electric sports luxury car at a bargain price.
Also in Europe due to consumer-uncertainty around the ICE TO E transformation, prices are unreasonably low on used cars.
Prices on average new E-cars are still to high, though.
Still a lot to happen, until everything stabilizes.
I guess, 2-3 years to go...

Buyer Beware! If you're considering a Porsche Taycan, make sure you either buy a 2023+ model or get an extended warranty. I own a 2020 Taycan 4S, and in the past 60 days, I’ve spent over $25,000 in repairs. My car has been in the shop for 45+ days, with no resolution in sight. To make matters worse, the dealer offered me a brand-new Taycan for $140,000, but would only take my fully upgraded Taycan as a trade-in for $38,000—a fraction of its value. I have never loved something that I hate so much. Consider yourself warned.

I bought my 2021 single owner no accidents with 11k miles for $49.3k it’s very clean inside as well not a blemish. Outside has a few scratches but nothing terrible. It’s a 2021 after all. A lot of these sub 50k taycans have accidents so it’s a little disingenuous to say they are going for 40k. I’ve seen the 40k ones for sale and they are best the hell up inside and out. No thanks.

Has premium package with glass roof, Surround view and Bose system. 93k car originally. Drives like a dream. I use it for a weekend car so IDGAF about range which is like 220 miles or so at full charge.

Agree! The most frustrating part is the lack of accountability and the callous nature of Porsche's response. "That's what happens when you buy an expensive car". After I had the red circle of death, aka engine failure. Thankfully that day I wasn't on the interstate traveling 80 mph.

It’s so fkd yo we spend our hard earned money and get screwed all the time in life. Sorry that happened to you. Serious question. Why not just drive over a curb and fk up the bottom battery panel and have insurance just total the car so you can get out of it or get a new battery for free? If that happens to me that’s what I’m going to do. I’m not taking a 50k hit on this car, sorry.

Well yes, I agree on preparing a purchase carefully.
Getting the perfect spec is one thing. Getting Porsche approved warranty another.
I would never buy without Porsche warranty.
Yes, it costs a fair amount, but a Taycan is still by far the cheapest way to enjoy a real sports-car.
