Can I set the ventilated/heated seats to always be on when I start the car? (Remembering my last setting or making it fixed)

Now, had the car long enough to figure this out. The pre-cool/heat feature kinda sorta does this. When pre-cool/heating the car and the seats are ON, the car decides based on outside temperature if it will turn on either heat or ventilation in the seat as well as steering wheel heat. It has to be very hot/cold outside for it to turn it on. Most cases it does not turn it on. When getting used to it it works pretty good.

select the option to start precooling/heating upon unlocking the car remotely? It’s in the PCM under the climate app’s preheating/cooling section.
