Hi there - i have a GTS and don't notice any noise.
I can however hear regen. Its like a high pitched noise. Similar to the ringing you get in your ears after being on a loud night out. it goes on and off with my green bar on the dash.

So this is a question so dull that it is interesting. 
I was driving around and I was able to do this for you. I have a 2023 GTS ST. if anything, the ST is a bit louder because the trunk is open to the cabin
Testing conditions:
this is me driving in traffic from a stop to about 60 kilometers an hour. im driving slow and calm like a regular person in traffic.
The phone is sitting in the cup holder between the two front seats
Notes:
the car is almost silent.
the ac fan is much noisier than the engines. You can hear the fan blowing throughout the video. There is a slight whine on acceleration and braking. Easily covered up by a stereo
To get a sense for how quiet it really is, consider how loud the turn signal noises are at the end of the video

I got a message from OP saying that it was really quiet and you couldn't hear it. He's asking if there's a whine so I thought I'd post my reply here just so everyone can see it In the future.
To me a whine implies some kind of annoying loud screech. which no, it doesnt have. In the video, you can't hear it very good because it's extremely quiet! Said another way, you can't hear it because there's almost nothing to hear. Like I said in the post, the ac fan is louder than the engines. Additionally, the tire and wind and noise from outside is louder than the engines. In the video that slight hum is all there is, and you wont hear it if you have the stereo on. The video is an accurate representation of what it is like to be in the car. I hope this helps
