Vinyl wrap/paint/replace

I have arranged for my chrome window trims to be wrapped in high gloss black but I am now torn between wrapping them, painting them or replacing them. Anybody know the approx cost of painting or replacing them? Any views on the best option and how difficult it would be to paint or replace would be appreciated. They are due to be wrapped on Wednesday so I need to decide very soon.
