Windshield rock chip repair?

For my taycan. Any recommendations to have safelite repair front windshield damage? Or will windshield have to be replaced ? Thanks -Andy

If you are handy I will try that. I repaired one with great success. Just watch the video carefully before. Otherwise i will do a repair from a pro.

Yep, as @lcarron says try a DIY repair or pro repair first. I have used cheap repair kits fro Amazon very successfully in the past. If it is dry and sunny the resin will cure in the sun but otherwise buy a UV torch or lamp to cure the resin.

Key is centre the injection point so you can get the resin to fully fill the voids. It is very satisfying when it works but it sometimes takes a few attempts to fully fill the voids . Good luck!
