WIRELESS CARPLAY SETUP

I ‘ve got a Taycan 4 Cross Country just received 4 weeks ago. Since thrn, it is imposible Carplay set up and connection, except wired.
Porsche told me they will swap the central unit, bur it wll take weeks to be received.
Does any one has / had same problem? Solved?
