It's "Turbo Charger" as in "CT Turbo", clearly it loads a Turbo. For an S4 then it's a S4 charger.
And both cars have even wireless charging...

Yes, it is the other way round that can't be selected, I think the support for the roof tails is integrated into the support for the glass roof.

Been told my dealership in the USA, can only get the Pano roof on the CT as standard now (2021). The glass without rails, accepts a rack system, so rails are not needed if roof rack is desired occasionally.

Yes indeed if one specifies the glass roof here the support has mounting locations for the rails so one can fit something to it I suppose, I was replying to a UK member's question.

I am pleased we still can get the metal roof which I much prefer, it is a personal thing though. I would be disappointed if we had to have a glass roof
