Hi Folks
The UK configurator has the same cost (£6228) for both pre-approved colours and for PTS (unique colour match to customer's needs).
I have been told by my dealer, that a former 'standard' Porsche colour (e.g. lizard green), if it's not on the Custom list, .... is classed as PTS - i.e. the same as if I wanted them to match my wife's nail varnish.
And further, that PTS colours are double the cost of pre-approved because of the feasibility study costs. I just have to accept this as fact (for now).
This advice seems to be at odds with the published config costs - where cost shown as being the same for both PTS and pre-approved nothing to differentiate them nor mention of additional feasibility costs.
Has anyone any experience of ordering a non-pre-approved PTS colour?
Was it double the cost of pre-approved?
Cheers
