For those that see their cars on this list, what date is listed next to your car in column “F”? Mine says 1/7/21. However, my TYD is STILL showing that my vehicle is in the middle of the Atlantic! Needless to say, I’m still waiting on my TYD to update.

1/7 is a Friday. TYD and, I guess, the dealers systems work by listing the Friday of of the week the event comes in. So all 1/7 means it that you won't get your car delivered today.

If TYD shows your car in the Atlantic that may mean there is some work that has to be done on it at before it is loaded on a truck.

I see mine too, with date of 1/14. I agree, the date is probably not reliably updated given how quickly things are changing. Thanks for sharing.

The Dealership (or someone from there), which I'm assuming created that list, probably used the dates that were showing before the ship sailed or shortly after the ship sailed. The cars are in Jax, finished Port Processing which I believe includes PDI and any stop sales. Depending on truck availability, I think we look good to get our cars as soon as this weekend. Further, we are for sure golden on invoicing today.

Also, as I look at that list of cars and corresponding SAs, I can see some SAs have way more skin in the game in terms of their commissions for Q4.

Specifically, Greg and Scott. Greg has 4 cars already sold that are en route... he needs his sales. If he's your SA, lean on him a little because I'm sure he is just as focused as you are...

I have a quote from an out of state dealer with generic numbers if you want to give you some idea. I believe it was for a base Taycan.

Also check out leaaehacker. They may have numbers on there.

I don't have a time yet. I'm super flexible. I am actually on paternity leave, just had my first kid (daughter) so I've been out since around start of November. I go back on 1/17 so I would love to have two solid weeks with the Taycan before I return to the grind...

Some time in the mid to late afternoon is probably best to give them time to get invoiced...

My quote was $2175 for 36 months, 12k miles, $5k down, on MSRP of $118,630 before resist all and Apex security which were like $1500 total.
