Once you get your cars could you check back in here and say whether you got one or two keys for it? Mine came with only one.

BTW the tires it came with are Michelin Pilot Sport 4, Class Y, NF0, Load 103

I was wondering that to but I didn't think of it until after I left the dealer. I will ask when I pick it up Wednesday, and if the second one will appear eventually.

It is related to chip shortages. There is a chip(s) in the key FOBs. Dealers were providing one key and then providing thr second key later.

Dan, congrats on getting the car. Looks great Are you saying you aren't able to take it home with you until Wednesday? If so, why is that?

I live in Sarasota and looked in the lot today (I live right by the dealership). Saw several new vehicles that weren't there on Friday but no Taycans. Hoping it gets delivered soon.

I saw someone pull up a trucking record. Would anyone have info on how I can find that for deliveries to Suncoast Porsche in Sarasota?

I'm having the dealer do the ceramic coating. It should be ready for pickup on Wednesday.

My guess is that even the dealer has no idea when the truck is coming. My dealer told be they used to get an email when the truck left the port, but they no longer do. And the dealer software isn't much better than TYD in terms of knowing what is happening in real time.

If your SA is on top if things you should get a call right after the truck arrives. But your SA might have today off.

For sure you will get a call as soon as your car is ready for delivery but it takes at dealer a day or so to do an inspection, detailing, and maybe fix a few things like update the software. Oh, they also have to put that goop on you don't want

Yup, you’re right. I just emailed him to get the Apex and ResistAll removed. The GM has already agreed to remove the Apex so that one is a no contest, but I will wait to see what he says about the ResistAll.

Also, requested an update from my neighbor - he says my car is in quality check.
