SA just responded saying they can remove Apex but not resist all. At this point, I‘m probably not gonna argue any more. It is what it is.

You are getting ceramic coating, right? Would you consider telling your SA you would pay for ResistAll but don't put it on?

The Resistall is interior coating so it wouldn’t interfere. Please correct me if I’m wrong though.

I responded earlier asking him not to install on the exterior (if I must pay for it). He hasn’t responded yet.

It’s both interior and exterior. I confirmed it with my SA when I saw the line item months ago.

Yes, it is both. The only advantage I see of resist all is the 3 yr stain warranty for interior... If you are doing ceramic, the shop will anyways do full wash and correction. But you could ask the dealer to not do resist all outside.

I asked him not to do exterior. It shouldn’t matter to them if they get their $599!93 how much ever it costs.

Same here. I felt like after all the watching we’d see movement when it got to the US now to only have it sit at the port.

I have been using some other threads for reference (West Coast deliveries) and it seems some have their cars sit at the Port for quite a while. I am hoping since @Dan1923 got his, that things that our drop-off (Jax) were moving at a good pace. I don't know how many cars get dropped off though. Might be well in the thousands for all we know..
