Definitive Cross Turismo Delay/Stop-Order/Held in Port Thread

My CT is being held at San Diego since being dropped by the Glovis Sigma on March 26th. The original delivery date was April 1st and now TYD is showing May 6th. My dealer says their computer says waiting for a part and nothing else. I am not very patient but am learning..

My sedan that was on Glovis Sigma is being held too in Benicia. Sales advisor doesn't know why. It might be all cars from certain production periods.

My TYD stopped displaying on 3/25, which was already a month after my initial delivery date. It's turned into quite the delay....

I was originally slated for 4/15 delivery (2/18 for step 3/4)
Scheduled for Prod was 3/4 forever. Finally on monday i hit Step 4 with a date of 4/4

then today, it showing Step 6 (Ready for Transport)! However, the Estimated Dates for Step 5 and 6 are 4/15. what's that about?

Have you tried clicking on the link that's in the original E-mail that Porsche sent you announcing your TyD? Mine stoppped working on MyPorsche, but the TyD link in the original email still works.

Between now, when it's ready for transport, and 4/15, they will transport the car to the dealer. Step 6, "arrival at dealer" is also the same day that transport to dealer is finished, so those two events are the same date for all of us (mine is 4/29).

Is this a Cross Turismo?

Thanks ! My timelines are close to yours. For your build, does TYD say your 911 has completed the production process ? My CT dates are below:
Produced 01/04 - 01/12
Emden 01/13 - 02/04
Glovis Sonic 02/04 - 03/07
Port Processing 03/07 - ??

Just got an update from SA that my car is now back in the PDI lane (as of 4/8). History shows it was in PDI, got pulled for something (maybe the sensor rumor is true) but is back in for release (hopefully) in the next few days. Keeping fingers crossed for all of us.

That’s the same for me. Still waiting on my CT4 and haven’t been able to get any updates from my SA. Really hoping that it doesn’t miss its 4/15 enroute to dealer “milestone”

The dates updated today. The 4/15 that were there for Step 5 (CP8.0) and Step 6 (ready for transport) changed to 4/8. Final delivery came in to 5/27! Was 6/10 a week ago. Like seeing it pull in for the first time

Does anyone know if the issue with not having a power steering wheel was still impacting cars produced in early Jan?

I asked my SA this last week and he said some 2022 Taycans have been delivered with the electric steering column adjustment and some have arrived without it. Not sure of the percentages for each though...

Oh no that would be terrible if it comes in without the power steering wheel. Especially since they aren’t going to be replacing them anymore.
