Although I’m disappointed on supply chain issues that everyone is facing.
Just about everything i deal with in transportation has been delayed months.
If I get my car in less then a 3 month delay after arriving to the dock
I feel extra lucky.??

I am curious, has anyone received their Taycan CT after having it held, one step further, has anyone received their CT that was built around the end of January? anyone who had a CT on the Glovis Sigma departing March 1st received their Taycan? Taycan CT?

My dealer emailed me below: "


"I just got off the phone with my contact at the port. It appears that there is a quality action event (slang for they are waiting for a part) and the eta currently is end of April. I’ve flagged this so I will update you in real time as I receive additional information."

Heheheh. Welcome to our thread. Yes, many of us of us having been waiting for our cars to be released from port (myself since 2/22) and are hearing that release to transport will be late this month. No one has been able to clarify about the part vs. software (and what it is), but that's academic.

Does this affect all incoming Taycans, a certain build date (group) and CT only or sedans as well? I feel like I have been waiting forever. all of the fun that comes with the TYD app has been sucked from me...

Cross Turismos only. I believe my car is the first batch held that arrived at port (Houston in my case) at 2/22. There are a select few Cross Turismos that are being delivered that were built the very end of February and are just landing at ports now. Everything in between is held at port awaiting this part/software/whatever.

Was just advised that my GTS ST was released for transport from San Diego. TYD still showing 4/8 (en route to dealer) and 4/29 (arrival at dealer), but should hopefully be much sooner.

TYD updated today to En Route to Porsche Dealer. Still suggesting 4/29 Arrival at Dealer, though its only 135 miles from the port.

Hopefully it's good news for you and for the rest of us. Most of the held CTs arrived in port earlier than yours so it may be that your short hold wasn't related to the now very long hold many of us are enduring. Hoping I'm wrong about that and mine is released soon!

There's a bunch of CTs (including @Visceral's and mine) that arrived at port between 2/22 and 3/15 or so that are on hold and have been for a while. It seems like late March arrival CTs are being processed and released .... or at least some are.
