Has anyone able to snag any allocation spot recently?

With everything that’s going on it seem it’s nearly impossible to get allocation spot. Emailed bunch of dealers most don’t know if when they going to have any allocation spot or too good to be true. Has anyone been lucky enough to get a spot in past month or so?

I was able to get in line for an allocation. Thats probably your best bet. Delivery is looking at 12 months out at this point.

As someone on the Porsche side of this my advice to anyone is find a dealer you like or one that has good reviews that you would buy from and get in line! People searching for the magical allocations these days are the ones that will miss out. Porsche doesn't communicate much in the way of what dealers can expect for future allocations. Dealers can look at previous numbers to get an idea but this is still a new car that has only been launched during difficult times for production.

I got a RWD allocation this week. June production and Aug delivery to the east coast. I'm on the west coast but PECLA is backed up to Sept as of right now I believe so passed on that.

A bit over a month but I got an MSRP allocation for 2022 Taycan RWD on April 3rd, late June production with delivery ETA of September 2nd on TYD (West coast, WA)
