Porsche APP stopped working on my cell phone

My Porsche APP stopped working on my cell phone. My car location will not change on moving my car. My battery mileage and % is stuck at the same number. I turned my cell phone off and on and that did not solve the problem. I also logged out and in to my APP and that did not solve the problem. Any advice on how to fix?

Have you checked what it says if you log in via the myPorsche on the web? I have had similar prblems several times and it always has been connection trouble with the car, not the app. The car list connection to the Porsche servers and not communicating.

I had this issue yesterday as well. I found a thread where I got the answer from @W1NGE or @tigerbalm. Sorry if it was someone else!

basically advice was to use second car key to lock and unlock car. It totally worked for me and app started working again

My PCM rebooted on its own one day. The PCM sreeen went black. When I restarted the car the issues I was having above disappeared. Does anyone how to periodically reboot the PCM?
