I typically only drive it once per day, but I’ll monitor it
Got it.
Keep in mind that the Taycan does not use battery regen braking during the first x miles of your first drive of the day. It does this so the mechanical brakes can be cleaned.
Since its possible to NEVER use the mechanical brakes (the Taycan has such a strong regen capability that its possible to never use mechanical brakes), in order to know for sure the mechanical brakes are in good working condition, the Taycan uses mechanical braking during the first x miles to clean the brakes.
To know where the softness is coming from when braking, you need to note whether the softness is during this brake cleaning process.

Thanks,

I’m taking it out this afternoon for another drive, I appreciate the input.
