EA Charging session not updating in App nor online

Minor thing but curious if anyone else seeing this.

I did a 15 min PnC charging session at League City EA south of Houston here in TX last Saturday (Oct 1) and nothing has shown up in the MyPorsche App nor on the web site online - that is a first - could be some sort of internal lag/delay on EA's side or with the Porsche reporting service I guess. All prior 11 charging sessions in TX had the data uploaded max. one day later so this is different.

Was EA free for everyone? I think they were allowing free charging for some reason recently...can't remember what. If it was free for everyone, it likely didn't use PnC, hence no invoice.

I took a trip in early September after Labor Day. Drove 700+ miles on one day, and 700+ miles back several days later. Over 8 charging stops at EA sites in two days, and one at the destination. None have shown up in the charging service transactions on MyPorsche website. It may be that because some of the sites had "updates in progress" on screens, the sessions were free. Or, there is a delay in charging transactions being posted on MyPorsche. Until @ciaranob post about this some days ago, I was not aware charging station transactions appeared on MyPorsche, unless I was billed for using more than 30 minutes. (Charging sessions prior to this trip are listed.)

Yes indeed they are listed in the app and this was a PnC session with zero cost to me and should be showing up as a transaction in the App - interesting that your (@Tooney) more recent PnC sessions are not showing up too - I'll just wait it out - it was more of a convenience as I was tracking charging as it related to SoC and predicted Range and SoH health over time (another thread I started) and was simply really useful to have it all logged in the App - just means I need to be more diligent in recording snaps with the phone !

Since you were tracking these, is the kwH shown in a MyPorsche charging transaction the kwH recorded by the charging station, or the net kwH received by the battery? Is there much of a difference between these two numbers? For SoC/SoH/predicted range over time purposes, does this difference matter?

I was tracking my range SoH and mileages separately to SoH and kWh's.

Here is an example of my charging (DC and select AC) and PCM range estimates wherever I had recorded both max. predictions in Range and Normal mode - had not documented net battery add vs charging station input. If I had actually planned to be more rigorous I'd have a lot more pertinent data !!

The SoH data are from my and other users OBDII readouts (includes model year, model etc).
