TYD will update with a ship name after your car is loaded.

I called the dealer yesterday. They promised delivery before the end of the year. ETA now 30/11 in their status overview. It does sound like they have the batteries now and the cars will start moving.

Also checked if I have BOSE and they confirmed all options that I asked for are on the car. It has been waiting there for a long time already though. My order is long overdue.

I don't expect any car to not have fitted items on its options list.
I was told that Bose would delay my order by 6 weeks and advised to delete the option to speed up delivery. I did, it didn't work - that was in April.

I know. But some members here have shown ship schedules, and looks like they have dates and kind of know on what ship their car will go out.
TYD shows mid november to make it on a vessel I know my wait is a lot less than others here but cant wait longer to get the car here lol.

I'm the strangest one car entered body shop 27 June and it is still not completed. Planned completion date 18 November. Hate you Porsche for the communication. The only info that dealer has is that there are components missing due to shortages and they were not told what those are.

I think my car might have gotten a battery. I did move from the holding area (had been there 8 weeks) to Emden recently. It’s heading to the west coast, so if it get on the ship leaving next week I think I can assume it has a battery.

This is an unexpected variation on what I thought the situation was.

I thought all the battery-less cars either were in storage in Germany or at dealers (only in some countries) and the ones at dealers had a chance of getting a battery since the dealer could and would chase it up.

I hadn't heard of dealers getting a battery but not the car.
Maybe they will start doing it that way round - once the dealer has a battery ship the car to them to fit.

If that is the case it may help to have a pushy dealer chasing batteries for their customers!

My car completed on 14/07/2022... still waiting for the 12v battery, getting basic information from dealer but no definitive timeframes.... hoping for this side of Christmas....

Not too sure how accurate the expected dates are but shows potential exit Emden on 18/11/2022 with dealership entry on the 25/11/2022.

Just wait and hope and see what happens.... I guess we are all the same scenario on this thread.

My estimated arrival at dealer is 25/11 too - I guess quite a few on the same ship - hopefully.

My CT4 finally moved from Kornwestheim storage to Emden this morning. I assume it now has a battery. Production was completed July 22nd. TYD still has midwest delivery at Dec 9th but if it gets on the next boat to Baltimore a week from now that date might be beaten
By coincidence I did call Porsche USA on Monday to vent about the lack trust in TYD schedule and I asked that the call Porsche AG to find out what was going on. Seems unlikely that this would expedite but though I would mention. Good to see movement.
