Wrapped my Taycan in Mamba Green

Did this a while back, not a new thing , but def a major upgrade from the textured OEM plastic - certain areas will however need chip protection as the rough plastic obviously designed to absorb more abuse!

Apologies if I missed it, but your shop i.e. you and hubby did this wrap?

Amazing job and curious as to how many items on the car were removed to have such clean 'hidden' edges?

because material does not stick to plastic itself in such a little area and, this button gets pressed all the time.

Correct! I was working at a certified collision shop so services like body and paint out of insurance were 75% off. One of the work perks. So we did that.

technicians had to smooth the texture, feather edge and prime prior to get paint. This would be a very expensive out of pocket expense due to the fact everything was removed. But I just did it because of that crazy discount.

Hello guys,

I bought my Taycan almost a year ago and it’s been going through a world of transportations. This is just a summary.

Basically a good old ‘how it started’ and ‘how it’s going’.

Heres a quick recap of the modifications.

-added window tint 20% all around, 70% windshield.
-painted calipers yellow
-replaced ugly oem wheels with Vossen HF05
-refinished the textured panels on the rocker, and lower area of the bumpers so it actually has paint not cheap texture
-PPF the front end
-and now… just wrapped it in Inozetek Mamba Green and it looks glorious. Material looks like paint.

I never wanted a black car, I just settle down for it because it was available.
