If you run Winter tyres a few cm snow is no big deal. Drove my 4s 911 up the 10% hill to our house on 2cm snow last night and fwd wasn’t even needed. Our Tesla is even better as electrical traction control is far faster to react than both IC engines and ABS. You can see this in the Harry Metcalf review of the Taycan CT which will drive up a field but cannot brake to a halt down the same slope. This is also why the Turbo S can accelerate faster than it can brake.

My CT4S was supposed to become my main car including commute back in September. Since I don’t even have an allocation, I thought I’d just try the British winter in my GT (on summer PZeros), because last year in the cotswolds it was 10 degrees warm.
That was a great plan. Can’t get out of my drive, even less so of my lane, both in a slight slope. But yeah, snow looks good ?
