Nope nothing. Car arrived at Emden 12-Dec. No further update from the dealer. I did manage to add the car to my Porsche today using the vin number. It’s says the car is in “Privacy” mode so I cannot use most of the features or track where it is.
For those whose car has arrived how accurate is the options list in the my Porsche portal? Just trying to work out if I got any unexpected options?

I collected my RWD at the end of December. I didn’t option the electric sound or electric charging cover, both were listed same as yours are but neither supplied.

Incidentally, electric steering column was listed and not supplied. On a happier note, I got my BOSE which I was very happy about. On the list it had a little cross next to it.

My new car is a Turbo S sedan (i.e. not estate). The spec in My Porsche is very close, but it is not 100% accurate and has some strange options. It's as if part of the spec is acting as if its a GTS Cross Turismo – a car that does not exist.

1: Turbo S sedan does not have panorama roof by default, nor did I order it. So why is it "deleted"?
2: GTS logo on doors of a Turbo S?
3: Why would a Turbo S sedan have wheel arch covers in black ?

Highlighted is an option that I did not select and I've inspected the car and it does not have it on it. I do have the option on my current 4S so am very familiar with how the laminated noise insulated glass looks from side profile.

Other then that – the spec is perfect.

Yep I've got some of the same 'oddities' in My Porsche. And then some!

Apparently I've even got a "D-pillar'....though mine definitely isn't an ST/CT. Thankfully they deleted the 'Executive' designation on the invisible pillar ?

I have some of those options also listed like wheels arch’s in black…on a GTS saloon!

I have the carbon sports package so GTS logo isn’t there but it also says deleted

Pick it up tomorrow (4 days over year since I out the order in)

Looks like another software glitch and a little bit pot luck thrown into the mix!

The reference to 'Executive' suggests the Panamera (stretched version - originally for the Chinese market).

I'm sure it will all be as per folks original orders but could be the software which amalgamates all Porsche models and options into the My Porsche site has a few filtering issues.

Can you tell the difference between noise insulated glass and standard in regards to road noise?

Just funny with these glitches. Was very pleased that the car turned up with all of its base configuration elements and options in place, electric steering, Bose, the lot.

Picking up the new car on Sat - so don't know yet but will let you know when I form opinion. I'm hoping it won't make too much difference in real world.

You will still hear tyre roar from the footwells + brake discs (when regen not active) but sound from passing vehicles will be reduced slightly.

Not double glazing...

I'm on stage 2 (which I've ignored - haven't used the last Porsche Experience from 2 years ago) but expect Feb build and March delivery.
I took my boys earlier in 2022. Was a superb day but a long drive!

Yes.

Tyre roar is reduced as the element that normally comes through the glass is gone and there is zero wind noise or the usual noise that comes into the cabin through the glass from other vehicles etc. (even at higher speeds).

It's one of the options I specced that I'm most pleased with as I spend a lot of time at high speed on the motorway. Makes for a very relaxing drive and reduces tiredness. Recommended.
