My page (order process) has finally updated today (21 Feb) to show the new format. Yesterday the page did not work at all. I did not receive update notices like others, maybe it's coming. I'm guessing they'll keep updating pages over the next couple days/weeks.
FYI, my freeze date has slipped by about a month. I was notified just before Christmas and the initial freeze date was 1 March, now it's 5 April. The delivery date has roughly stayed the same. I won't hold my breath that it won't slip either.

Do we know if the location shown on TYD is roughly accurate or is it just a graphic representation of the milestone? I ask because I was notified that #6 was completed today but I didn't make note of the location shown on the map but when I just looked again, it shows the car at the port, already, and TYD slots a week to get from #6-#7.

I'm also only getting 4 pics instead of the 5 that others have been given. I'm not worried about that but just curious what happened to the 5th pic.

For me the locations was associated with the milestone +/- a couple of days, except when the car was crossing the Atlantic, then the location was within a day of actual location (which can track independently too if you know the ship name).

Ok that happened to me too, and I fixed it. I went back and copied the commission number, put that in instead, clicked "Link Order" and then repeated the VIN entry. Not intuitive because you'd think it already had your info, but now it works. Give it a try!

Hmmm... when I add the commission number, it just spins and resets the website as if nothing was done. Then I tried adding the VIN and it still asked for proof of ownership.

I know, it looks like nothing is happening. So I did it again. And went in a little circle and then boom it finally took. It's not a huge deal, I didn't activate anything, but it's "there" now. Just a tad bit more real...

Right after I secured the allocation, TYD was not working for me. I wanted to see it in TYD because wanted to make sure the configuration was set correctly (I found the allocation a week before the initial freeze date was to happen, I think I took over either dealer spec or someone else who cancelled). So I called PCNA 800 number and asked them to link my commission number (there was no VIN yet then, it was before freeze date) with my online account - they didn't ask for any proof, dealer already had my name on the allocation, just not linked to online account. It took a day or two but then it was linked and I was able to track it. Then once I got the VIN, it added using the web page, just worked.

Received an email early this morning about checking out TYD. Clicked on the email link... while the new TYD format loads, I get a "technical error" prior to showing any details about my order. Their systems should wait to send me an email, once the new TYD can successfully load my build.

Perhaps my car is still in production and once complete (hopefully later this week!)... TYD will load fully. TYD technical and car build progress little by little!

This morning mine jumped from #4 to #6 too, and the map shows it close to, if not at, the port. Yeah, arrival still says 2/27, but considering it was due to finish production 2/25 and that has apparently already been completed, I'm giving them some leeway in site updates. My delivery has also been pushed up a bit too.

I don't have the 5th picture either, but whatever. I'd rather have the car . I guess you guys in the southern US will be on a different ship, but mine is going to Baltimore. Be cool if some of us end up together! I better start shopping for the charging stuff... Still don't want to jinx it though!!

It's after clicking "View My Order" and scrolling down the page. If it's not there yet it'll pop up soon I bet! Always seems to be a surprise heh. I went back this morning to look at Step 5 and there was a cool video I totally missed because it must have jumped over night.

Production start date listed as a day earlier than previously stated (now 2/16)... and I have VIN; however, my production completion date has been pushed out to 3/10 (previously 2/24).

Could this change be related to HV Heater inventory? Continued TYD conversion? Who can say really... again, just happy with technical and build progress.

Mine has been jumping all around for the past 3 days. I'll just call it "real-time" and figure it's better than no time. At this point final destination is a few days later than it was originally, but way earlier than it was just a couple days ago. Hang in there, this is fun! ?

Yup… mine is on the way via the SFL Conductor… it was easy to find on TYD, under one of the last few bullets… but now TYD isn’t working for me
