I'm approx one month after Jin - also with Lex and Cambridge. I emailed Steven Lewis in March and this was the response for my 4SCT (order estimate is Q1 24).

'Everything is progressing as it should currently, we will be in direct contact with your self once we have received allocation for your order demand from Porsche and Lex will provide you with updates on your order until we receive word from Porsche'.

I think they are in the dark as much as us, we are just more excited by the whole thing!

I read an article in Autocar yesterday saying the general production of the Taycan is now improving so we can live in hope.

Ordered my gts through Tusker in May last year. Had an email out of the blue in Jan I think it was saying they had a march build slot for me, I gave up the slot as I was thinking about cancelling the car but I’ve now decided to go ahead so currently waiting an allocation. Just gotta wait for email. They don’t know when they are getting allocations

Had email today from Zenith that they got informed from Cambridge Porsche that my order is delayed from Oct 23 to Feb 24.

Also that order cost will increase for MY24 and options as selected are now not guarantee.

So would appear that the parts issues and current delays are still in effect and pushing orders out.

not great hearing about these delays through Cambridge! They seem to have the majority of the lease/fleet orders (40% of the ones tracked).

it would be great if @Hanny, @348ts could add to the tracker? there's a thread in the UK section for it..

only hoping if we can get some discerning pattern from it all!

Done although the info wont be accurate as there is not way of adding delays.

Done also. An hour after typing this I received an email from porsche Cambridge querying my cancellation as they just got through my build slot and to lock spec in if I want to continue for beginning of July Times work out delivery to late Aug/Sep. Ships sailed as far as I am concerned. As great as the car is, not worth delaying my early retirement plans any further for. Good luck to all waiting, at least itll bring one of you forward on the wait list.

Have the salary sacrifice orders (through OPC Cambridge in particular) received updates/PEC invite from Porsche GB?

Asking as I have heard nothing, even though my Taycan is built and currently at Emden.

This only came to light when I booked the PEC (having gotten the reference number to quote from the OPC due to lack of invite) but didn’t receive the confirmation email. Called them and they advised the leasing company’s email was attached to the build, which was annoying.

I have possibly missed out on any tracking update emails etc but the main thing is the car is built. Also I have registered for My Porsche app but clearly it doesn’t think I have any order in process.

My current timeline for GTS saloon:

Ordered end of Jan 2022. Initial estimate was Nov 2022 which I thought was optimistic.

After numerous delays, news of an allocation came through in Jan 2023 for an April build, later delayed to a May build due to the heater issue.

My car is at Emden. If everything now goes smoothly, I may have the car at the end of this month or more likely early June.

Hi - I'm in a very similar position with very similar date (same dealer, etc etc).
As per the tracker, ordered Feb 22 with an estimated Nov 23 delivery. No news until late March when I got a mail out of the blue saying I'd got an allocation and needed to confirm the spec immediately. Car went into Production late April (a week ahead of the revised estimate from what I could gather)- latest was that it was at Emden awaiting shipping last week.

I've questioned the PEC a couple of times with the dealer - I've only ever been told that the invite will come direct from Porsche, however haven't heard a squeak as yet. Am guessing they also have my leasing company details too!!

Anyway - 2 weeks today and fingers crossed I'll be an excited puppy.... ;-)

Good luck, hope it all goes to plan - please keep us updated!

With regards to PEC, the dealer contact gave me the reference number to quote to book PEC so you can still book it without the email invitation.

great to see some cars coming in from Cambridge. Are you guys picking up your cars?

with Lex IIRC they wold typically deliver (driven to you) if <100miles away and on a trailer if > 100 miles.

I'd be <100 and don't really fancy it being driven down to me so would want to go pick up myself. anyone doing similar?

Getting to the dealer from where I live is a royal pain in the backside - as much as I would LOVE the collection experience I will be looking for the car to be delivered - which I really hope will be on the back of a lorry.... either that or carefully carried by a flock of angels all wearing very soft gloves!!

I would definitely recommend collecting it from the dealership if you can, getting the full experience, but more importantly, being shown the basics on how to set it up and how to drive/charge it etc.

I went 80 miles to pick mine up from Bristol and thoroughly enjoyed the drive home too.

Will be definitely collecting.. can’t bear the thought of someone driving it down to me and thrashing it en route.
A trip to Cambridge it will be for me (when it ever arrives). Probably wishful thinking that I’d be able to arrange they deliver/pdi at one of their sister dealers (a part of the same Jardines franchise)?! The Porsche South London centre is 5 miles away from me
