Can anyone recommend a decent dashcam installer/shop in Vancouver? Going with the FitCamX (for both front and rear cameras) and my Taycan has the pre-wired option already.

Thank you!Just yesterday I was in Richmond BC having a BlackVue installed. I've bought a few systems from Blackboxmycar.com (all BlackVue models - I'm unfamiliar with the FitCamX). Since I wanted it professionally installed, I decided to head up there and let their specialty installer do the job. I'm very glad as they did a steller job. I plan to post a review with pics shortly. For now, I went with a BlackVue DR970X LTE. The LTE version means with a sim car in the unit, I can log in via the BlackVue app, wake up the camera and see what they see. I worked with Michael there at Blackboxmycar.com. Very knowledgable, professional, helpful and got it done right!
Thanks for that info..did you get the battery kit as well? Look forward to the pics.Just yesterday I was in Richmond BC having a BlackVue installed. They can only install dashcams that they carry. Anyone else in Vancouver that can install FitCamX dashcams?Just yesterday I was in Richmond BC having a BlackVue installed. Thank you! And I was just about to bump this thread up again...I used Sean from Essell Auto for my first dashcam setup. Recommended to me by a friend who has done several in his cars over the years.
I went with the FineVu GX1000 for my daughter's car.
Sean was great. I really appreciated the mobile installation at my office. Very smooth and painless!Thank you! And I was just about to bump this thread up again...
An 8hr. backup battery unit was important for my use with the DR970X - 2CH dashcam. My installer placed it in the right pocket of the trunk. Thanks for that info..did you get the battery kit as well? Look forward to the pics.
Wow self install! Let us know how it goes! Fellow Vancourite here...SoundsGood in coquitlam has been doing car stereo installs for a while and would be a good installer to use. Although, In my particular case, I've ordered a fitcamx which has good online resources and installation videos and I will be installing it myself.
