Did you use the app to get access to the site (gate access?) and lounge itself. Use the QR code feature?no nap room but a really nice experience. During the first days a Porsche trainer is welcoming every single customer and really has a lot to tell and listens very well to what you have to suggest or complain.
charging is 33ct and full power of each 300kW Alpitronic charger is dedicated to a single CCS outlet.
I hope they build plenty of them!
the lounge is quite small like a bar, the bath rooms are very spacey.Nice. I am going on a trip next week. First stop Frankfurt and I will also try to stop in Bingen. How is the lounge? Everything for free?
If I stop there next Tuesday it will be around 21h. I will take some picture.I added my car registration (number plate) to the app, a bit hidden in charging lounge section, so I got instantly on the non public charging area. To enter the building I need to generate the QR code and could save or copy it. It seems, it does not change so fast over time, so you can sell in on ebay

you see most of it on the pics.
coffee and hot drinks are currently free, all the rest in the vending machine is priced okayish. Well enough for 20-22 minutes turbo charges..
I'd really like to see pics in the dark, expect it to look really nice and it has to as it's currently a bit hidden in a construction zone area.
Did Plug & Charge work (like IONITY) or did you have to start the charger with RFID card/app ?the lounge is quite small like a bar, the bath rooms are very spacey.

Very clean - not a single trace of trash or graffiti..Whereas this is what passes as non-Tesla fast charging in America:

There is probably a Walmart in same parking lot, with a bathroom, a choice of snacks that is significantly greater than any vending machine can offer, and often coffee and some hot food options. They even have things like windshield washer fluid, should you need one (I really did once, when Porsche filled my brand new car with summer fluid which froze as soon as I drove into the mountains, since Taycans don't have heated washer nozzles - I had to drain all fluid at one of EA chargers and refill it with antifreeze). You can always rest in comfort and privacy of your own Taycan - set to your own personal temperature, with your own screens, phone chargers, etc. The biggest advantage I could see for Porsche lounges would be late night charging behind access controlled gates, and possibly chatting with other Porsche owners while charging. For everything else, EA might actually be more practical. Here are all the chargers I visited on my drive home after picking the car up from the dealer. Not a single Taycan Porsche encountered in 3,500 miles. Actually, I have yet to run into a Taycan at EA or any other charger. What a nice setup! The aesthetic definitely reminds me of a business class airport lounge. If the lounge itself is full, one could always sit in their climate-controlled car while charging.

And there you have the quintessential difference between US and European driversThere is probably a Walmart in same parking lot, with a bathroom,
European drivers not needing much at their chargers, making separate stops to wash windows, grab a snack, top off windshield washer fluid? Personally I like to utilize the charging time on trips for things other than just waiting, instead of making separate stops. And there you have the quintessential difference between US and European drivers![]()
Will visit the station soon. Trying to find the menu to add license plate and creating QR code, but can't find this in the MyPorsche app?I added my car registration (number plate) to the app, a bit hidden in charging lounge section, so I got instantly on the non public charging area.
