Didn’t other driving modes automatically lower the car as well, at freeway speeds?

Arrow down, whatever it is.
One arrow down is "lower", I think. "Low" is two down arrows. Manual says it remembers the setting across power cycles, so maybe it got set somehow previously and is persisting. If you do [Car icon] -> Drive -> Chassis height and set it manually to "Medium", does that change anything, and if so does it stick? At least according to the manual I've seen, the only way you get into "lower" is to select it directly.

As I understand it, once you get above ~20MPH, "lift" gets automatically taken down to "medium", but I thought it stays at "medium" in either Normal or Sport mode. Range and Sport+ take it down to "low", which would be even further down than @annieland is reporting.

Its just not moving from the lowest setting no matter what I push. Even on the highest setting its completely slammed and continues to give me that same error message

Not a glitch, then. I'd suggest trying to have the dealer find an emergency opening in their schedule, or ask around - any dealer should be able to diagnose and repair it under warranty.

Are all the suspension level sensors connected? I believe there is a sensor in each corner connected to the suspension with a plastic link. Maybe a link got disconnected.

So, I’ve definitely seen it going to “Lowered” (or whatever the one with the one notch down icon on the dashboard is), in “Normal” driving mode, in my turbo at freeway speeds. I checked this again.
