CPO 2023 Turbo S or New 2024 PTS GTS for the same money

Hello Taycan group,

As the title states, I can get a CPO 2023 Turbo S under 4K miles or a New 2024 PTS GTS for roughly the same money (around $150k)

My head says Turbo S
My heart says PTS GTS

Curious on opinions from the group.

The acceleration is noticeably faster on the Turbo S, not enough to make the GTS feel slow. The biggest thing driving wise, the Turbo S has PDCC and that makes the car feel slightly floaty/artificial on the turns vs a natural feeling on the GTS without PDCC.

Color is a hugely important factor imo - is the color the "one" and does the GTS come specced with what you are looking for? Assuming a good discount hopefully the GTS was not basic + PTS. The GTS in an awesome color would be my choice.

*EDIT* - reading your first comment again I feel like anything in this realm of purchasing is realistically an emotional choice vs logical (head). IMO get what feels best to you and you'll be the most happy in the end.

We decided to settle on the color and get the car wrapped. If it were my money, I would be all over the CPO with that sweet warranty and just wrap the car in the color I want. And you already let someone else pay for that hard initial depreciation.
TTS vs GTS performance... 99.9% of the time difference won't matter.

Curious as to what color the PTS is......financial 'value' of PTS is really zero (particularly since some PTS colors are simply colors that used to be standard)---unless it is a color that you are TOTALLY into. Personally I wish it was less of a price increase as I REALLY want a Viola Metallic Taycan!
