That is true and I am not bothered about losing those things. What I am bothered about is that I cannot have a leather steering wheel. I have agreed with my dealership that they will get the wheel re-trimmed in leather by these folk: https://royalsteeringwheels.com/
Seem to be getting conflicting information, I got offered a standard Turbo GT slot back in March which I declined because I wanted the Weissach option. Six different dealer told me they only had one car per dealer allocation for a standard car and no allocation as yet for a Weissach car, I paid a deposit for a Weissach car back in March hoping the dealer would get an allocation which they did in May but they told me that there will only be single figure number of cars allocated to the UK for the Weissach.
I buy lots of Porsche cars and would go for the Weissach option every time if available because they generally look better and get a better return if selling the car, also I don't need back seats because I have other cars for that.

I‘ve used them twice funnily enough, to re-cover a P38 half leather/half wood wheel, and to re-cover an Elise S1 wheel and centre pad from leather and plastic to alcantara. I think they’re quite a small operation, but both times the quality of work has been absolutely faultless - highly recommended!
