Hello all. Taycan 4S SP 2025 . One question I can’t find answer. I have a Porsche charging card, app is installed on my mobile, my account is connected to the car ,charging work . I can’t select the function plug&charge in the car. It’s light gray and when I try to select message is ‘function not available’. Any ideas ?

Same issue here. It used to work, then stopped a few months ago and is now greyed out. Trying to select it gives error “function not available”. My credit card is fine - the charging card works normally, but the plug-and-charge does not.

I tried to get this fixed during a service. The OPC could not find anything wrong in the car so returned it to me and handed the problem to their Porsche Pro. He sat on it for a month before asking me to bring the car back in, but still did not know the cause. I have it now with a different OPC and will see what they can work out. I suspect it is some entry on a database in the Porsche Charging Service that has got corrupted.

Please post back here if you figure out the cause.

thanks for your feedback. Seems crazy. Model is 2025 , you should expect they correct the bug. I ask my dealer and also Porsche connect online help. Let you know if they found something.

Porsche Connect help told me to delete my account and to create it again.
I'm in holidays so can only test after some weeks. If someone has the same problem and can try and let us know here. Thanks

12v battery reset - extreme i know but it might take a hard reset of the PCM.

Astonishing that with J1.2 that software issues prevail and the news is not great either from the Macan EV.
