Hi all, I just took delivery of my 2025 Taycan 4S CT on Friday. I had a MY 2022 Taycan 4 CT, and even if the updates are relatively subtle, they really make a difference! The driving experience is really amazing, even battling Los Angeles traffic (on a World Series game day no less) to get home. Smooth, smooth, smooth driving, very intuitive, and just “sipped” the juice. Love the simplicity of the dash and steering wheel programmable “diamonds”, and it connected to my garage door through Homelink in seconds. The heating/A/C has changed as well, with no more diffused vs focused, but just the little movable circles to place the air where you want it. I know it is a bit controversial, but I love the lit up “Porsche” at the rear. Just feels more solid, and responsive. And the soft close doors are great, as I open and close them regularly, as I get my paddle board strapped on the roof. I have included a few photos, so happy with this new baby!

Enjoy!

Personal choice but not a fan of the lit up rear logo and it seems to be a 'fashion' now with many manufacturers feeling compelled to offer it (even lesser manufacturers) - Seat / Cupra, Vauxhall, Kia and so on all think its needed - we saw this copycat behaviour previously with the light bar and now every manufacturer has it!

Programmable diamonds were on the pre facelift Taycan and appear on all Porsches - odd that you would highlight that but maybe there is something special now?

Moveable circles for air flow - also appeared on the pre-facelift model in addition to offering focussed or diffused - again what's different?

Range increase (bigger battery obviously) is the step change to my mind.

Hi there, thanks for your response. I did have the programmable diamonds on my last Taycan, but they were so much easier to program this time around. Also while the movable circles are not new, they have gotten rid of “diffused” and “focused” settings, and only have the movable circles now. If I wasn’t clear, sorry about that. As I mentioned, the changes are subtle, but powerful, just a lot easier to operate and customize to my desires. This one really appears to be far more intuitive. The range and bigger battery was really why I bought this, but since it is well advertised and known, I thought readers might like to know about some of the lesser known advantages of this model year.

Waiting for things to settle down with the recalls before getting into a 2025 CT Turbo, very similar spec to yours.

Fortunately I don't like red interiors since otherwise my own MY 2022 Taycan 4 CT would have major FOMO re all other aspects of your 2025!
