I'm reconsidering two options and would love to hear people's experiences with this, particularly for 2025.
1. InnoDrive vs just ACC. For 2025 this option is required to get ALK too. I had initially decided to just include this but threads on InnoDrive have been mixed at best. I have ALK in my 2020 (but not InnoDrive) and find it slightly annoying so don't really use it much. Does anyone have experience with ALK and InnoDrive on the 2025 models? I'm kind of leaning towards just going with ACC and skipping InnoDrive.

2. Remote Park Assist. Not sure where I'd use Remote Park Assist, but it looks like it's the only way to get 3D surround View. I'll confirm that with the dealer but does anyone have experience with Remote Park Assist?

ALK - if you do not like it now, then skip it in the new build. I find it helpful on long highway drives where you are just cruising, and it seems to work much smoother when InnoDrive is engaged vs. ACC.

Remote Park Assist - I have not tried it or Active Parking. 3D view some consider inferior as you cannot get the side view. I have the side view in other cars and prefer 3D.

Very helpful - thanks!

Innodrive (I don't have but used) - continue to skip this option as mapping and road markings are generally poor upon which this system relies. It will be turned off more often than not IMHO.

Remote Park Assist (I don't have, but do have 360 panoramic which is more useful and has side / kerb view which 3D doesn't). Slow in operation and lots of caveats in operational use. Save your pennies or divert to Rear Axle Steering and / or Porsche Torque Vectoring.

Thanks all! Here's what I think is my final build. https://porsche-code.com/PSHJC6S0

In typical fashion, I added more than I removed but so be it lol.
- I decided to add deviated stitching with chalk, despite it being higher priced than it seems like it should be. It looks great.
- I kept InnoDrive based on a video posted by DJ-UK and other feedback on this forum. That feedback is mixed but decided to include it anyway. Seems like there are some scenarios where it is helpful.
- I kept the remote parking in order to get 3D surround view. Porsche is a master at designing the option contents to package something you want with something you don't need.
- I currently have a loaner Macon EV with HUD and don't love the HUD - it's very impressive tech but to me is distracting. I kept it on the Taycan build because it costs more to remove the Premium Package and keep the other options I want.
- I decided to go with the body color mirrors. I saw some at the dealer and like the look and it sounds like from this feedback that they'll be survive the road debris kicking up just fine.
- I may add the aftermarket puddle lights that SergeyIndy posted. They look pretty cool.

On a separate but related note, the dealer is replacing the entire wiring harness on my 2020 (under warranty) and I saw it today - holy crap, the car is totally dismantled. The dash, seats, carpet, center console, windshield, doors, front bumper, wheels, and more are all off the car. It basically looks like an empty platform. They are saying it will be done Friday but I'm guessing we have at least another few weeks of reassembly, debug and fixing things that broke in the process. Fingers crossed.

@WalterG, interesting build of a 4S with a top line of almost $170k.

Taycan HUD is actually simpler in the usual Porsche fashion, and I prefer it.
Macan EV HUD to me is a bloated augmented reality meant to compete with MB and BMW.
Bummer you are not able to go with 21-inch Aero wheels due to your road conditions.
Lots of cosmetic add-ons that could easily be sacrificed for BM audio. Bose is great though.

Yeah, the Taycan prices (and Porsche prices in general) have really ballooned. Porsche is going to sell a lot fewer cars for a while.

I'm nervous about quality too. The first Macon EV loaner they gave me had a broken charging port door. The car had 0 miles on it, had just gotten its inspection sticker and they gave it to me. Not sure how they didn't notice - a big bright red error was displayed on the dash. In any case, they then tried for a second Macon EV and I got in that one to find two errors displayed - the frunk and trunk both had errors. Those were just adjustments that took 30 min but nonetheless, not a confidence building experience that Porsche has improved their quality with the latest model.

Do not get me started on the Macan EV. I drove 3 of them and the quality is so poor, I am not even sure how they let them out of the factory. Most buyers come from Tesla, so they will not notice.
