Wife & husband both have iPhones: issues?

Each of us will be drivers, either solo or with the other as a passenger. As we await delivery of our Taycan 4, I'm wondering whether--
--the car will pair with two iPhones;
--if both are in the car, which phone will take/make calls or connect to CarPlay;
--if both use the My Porsche app, one has to be primary and one secondary and if so, with what effects?

Separately... can CarPlay be used run apps such as Waze? Where would the display be, PCM or console screen?

It usually chooses my wife’s phone. Then I quickly switch it to my phone using the device menu. It’s not a big issue.

You can set the priority of which phone to connect to if both are detected, and it’s easy to switch to the other one if needed.
For myPorsche app it doesn’t seem to make any difference which account is primary vs secondary. The primary account can add/remove the secondary accounts but once set up the capabilities are the same.
Waze works through CarPlay and displays on the pcm screen.

Whichever phone is shown as connected will be the source for the PCM.

As others have advised - simply select which phone you wish to use.

I think 6 or 8 devices can be paired.

Secondary accounts can be limited to certain functionality if you configure it so - such as Porsche Connect Services, account management etc.

My Porsche App - no limitations other than if the secondary ID has Porsche Connect services restricted then obviously you won't be able to do much with the app. Default for both accounts is the same other than primary being able to create secondary and can delete other secondary accounts.
